Dr. Swenson is a 1996 graduate with distinction of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He is a native of Fergus Falls and completed his undergraduate studies at Saint John's University. After spending several years practicing dentistry (and trout fishing) in Butte Montana, Dr. Swenson decided to return to Minnesota and purchased the practice of Dr. Fred Kalinoff Jr. in 2004. This practice was started by Dr. Kalinoff Sr. and has been located in Stillwater since the 1930's! Dr. Swenson lives in Saint Paul with his wife, Amy, and their son Wilson.  Ouside of the office, Dr. Swenson enjoys spending time with his family, chasing various types of fish with a fly or spinning rod, travelling and cooking.
